There are many ways to participate in the Sixth Pan-Commonwealth Forum - as a delegate or as someone who is also a presenter, a facilitator or a participant. The organisers also welcome participation in the form of support for sponsored places.
You can register for the conference mailing list at any time by going to the soon to be set up online registration page and registering your details. This creates a username and password which you can then use to login and either submit a proposal, or book and pay for your place. Please note that you only need to choose the 'Register to attend' option when you are ready to make your payment.

To participate as a sponsor
The Pan-Commonwealth Forum offers sponsorship opportunities for those organisations who wish to support the event and establish contact with those working in the field of open and distance learning and development. Sponsorship of this important forum will:
- Provide you with opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships with policy-makers in education
- Build awareness of your organisation’s work among this important audience
- Help ensure that those who might benefit most are not excluded on grounds of cost
The level of support provided by government, non-governmental and commercial organisations, including the support provided to visiting ministers, and to permit more people from developing countries to participate has been one of the important ingredients for the success of previous events. Several sponsorship options are available and are listed under sponsorship information.
We look forward to participating with you in this Forum and working together on the ideas that emerge.
